XP London Returns & Refund Policy
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, unwashed);

With all original tags and packaging intact;

Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the product.
Claims for packages lost in transit must be submitted no later than 7 days after the estimated delivery date.
2. How to Request a Return
To start a return, contact us at support@xplondon.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include:

Your order number;

Photos (where relevant) showing the issue or defect.
If your return or refund request is approved, we will provide the correct return address and shipping instructions.
Please do not return items without prior confirmation — unconfirmed returns will not be accepted.
3. Return Shipping
XP London does not provide freight-to-collect (FTC) or prepaid return shipping services.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect due to our error.
4. Items That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and production reasons, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

Tights, underwear, pajamas, swimsuits, socks, and masks

Custom or personalized items accurately printed according to the designs or specifications provided

Sample items or sale items

Deliberately damaged or altered products

Items returned more than 7 days after receipt

Items no longer required due to incorrect delivery information (e.g., wrong address or phone number provided)
5. Cancellations

Orders that have not entered production may be canceled and fully refunded.

Orders that have entered production but not yet shipped may have their shipping fee refunded, but the product cost cannot be canceled.

6. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
We will evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if appropriate.
7. European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification.
Returned items must meet the same eligibility requirements (unused, unwashed, with tags and original packaging).
8. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status.
If approved:

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method in the currency originally paid.

Refunds will typically appear within 10 business days.
